Ride ‘Em Cowboy! (1929) This 1929 home movie documents life and work on the T-Half Circle Ranch near Sonora. Ranch hands herd cattle for branding and dehorning. They then turn to working sheep for wool shearing. Ferdinand Mayer, a German émigré, purchased the T-Half Circle Ranch with sons Max and Solomon in 1896. The ranch encompassed 75,000 acres and seven pastures across Sutton and Schleicher Counties.
